Our installation (3.5.1) is running on Windows 2008 R2 server. Write permissions have been added on the wp-content/uploads/montezuma Dir for IUSR & IIS_IUSRS. (http://campgroundbusiness.com ) All plugins have been disabled for this site. I am stumped on how to resolve the issue of inline styles rendering. Any suggestions would be most welcome! Thanks!

my suggestion would be to move the site to an apache server. Other than that, I have no suggestion since I have no experience with windows servers.

Give write permission for wp-content/uploads/ and see if that doesn't do it. That's what your error message is saying.
