I have just been messing about with an AMAZON online store for my website.

It seems to have redirected my home page to the online shop page I created (and now deleted).

So when I click on the home page it goes to mysite.com/online-shop instead of mysite.com.

Has it changed my permalinks ?

Any clues would be most grateful, as its lost me.

One thing to try is change your permalinks, save, and change back then see what happens. It looks like the Amazon thing added a redirect. You might want to check an htaccess files you have.

Cant seem to access my htaccess file, unknown editor.

I think I created the file with Robot Meta and dropped it in with Dreamweaver.
