The original site is:

we are moving this to a new server, and have the migrated site at:

http://bathshebaspooner.apps-1and1.com/

Everything seems to have carried over except the header and the footer, which are not displaying. I have checked the header settings, and other details, but am unable to find inconsistencies with the original.

I am not certain this is a theme issue, but I don't know where else to start.

Your thoughts?

on the original site, the image location is /wp-content/themes/atahualpa/images
in the 1and1 site the image location is /wp-content/ata-images (which is the better location for updates)

go read the on screen documentation at ATO->Image Location and decide where you want your image

You also may need to go to the header and footer sections of the theme options and hit the green save button.
