There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. Page Menu Background colors won't change?

If I'm doing this right...
I've used the admin panel, page menu bar, background color and hover, put them to every color under the sun, and they do not change the background color. I'm on a localhost test server, if that makes a difference, but all my other edits have worked fine.
Any ideas why?
