I installed the latest version of the theme but I am unable to see any category menus. I can see menus forpages on the top left side but there is no menu for categories. I can however see menus if I use other themes.

Atahualpa 3 has no hard coded content in the sidebars, to add categories there add the category widget. To add the category menu bar see Atahualpa Theme Options -> Header -> Configure Header Area
