By default, the right inner sidebar is enabled in 3.5.1, along with the main right sidebar. This creates a big empty slot, and I'm sure many new users are going to be puzzled by this and come here to ask how to get rid of it.

I suggest making the left and right sidebars on by default, but neither of the inner ones.
