[SOLVED] Post Headers Font, How?

Hi guys,

Amazing theme, my favorite!!!

I'm setting up this blog http://vision4ourcities.com/lam/ and I don't like the fact the the titles of the posts is so big. How do I change it???

Also the font of the titles in the right column are far too big.

you can style the headline at ato->Style POSTS & PAGES

Sorry I'm still lost... which one is the right box, within Style POSTS & PAGES, to change the font size of the Headline?
Is it the HEADLINE Box? And what command should I use to change the size of the headline?
Should I use the command "font-size: 0.8em;"?

And how do I change the font size of the headline in the right column?
