There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. I have attempted to save a change on the Add html/css inserts section and it defaults to the blog with the error message in the Title of "Nothing found for Wp-admin Themes Php?page=functions Php&saved=true"

I deactivated all the plugins but error is still there.

I started out with 3.4.9 and reverted to 3.4.4 and still the same issue.

I then went up to 3.5.1 and I still have the same problem.
