[SOLVED] Menu Bar and Header Image Issues

Hello,

Can someone assist me with these two problems?
I changed the position of the menu bar and placed it under the header image. This dashed blocked showed up and I can’t get rid of it. I have been playing around with the different options, but nothing has gotten rid of the dashed blocks.

Also, how do I change the height of the header image? If I go to header image>header image height, that actually changes the space between the header image and menu bar, but not the actual image.
