I have donated and love the Theme! Please forgive me if this has been asked already, I do not have the time to wade through past posts.
1) How do I edit or remove the "Page" header on my left sidebar?
2) How do I change the order of the left side menu bar? I have tried many different settings and nothing seems to work.
3) Lastly, how do I have pages on the top, but NOT have them duplicated on the left side bar? I want to use side bars but for other things like ads or other links to podcasts for example.

There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes.
