I have not installed any new plugins lately. One of my readers has said they are receiving a warning when they come to my site that says there is suspicious content

My traffic has not dropped that I would notice, and I am not getting this error myself. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to possibly start a search for this?
FWIW, this guy is accessing the site through a public school's network and likely they have higher levels of security than others.
