Site URL appears under every headline

Hi there.

Hope someone can help me with this.

What's happening is that my site's URL is appearing automatically on every post, just below the headline.

See: http://disclosure.co.nz/hispanic-kid...-leukemia-risk

You'll see: "Disclosure.co.nz:"

I just can't see how to stop this appearing, or remember when it first started happening.

Any advice would be welcome.
