Similar to how the menu buttons are cut into the border.
I know I can achieve this with an image for the border but I'd prefer to use CSS if possible. The image is currently as a background in the footer. If I move it up using -10% y position, it won't go up past the footer boundary. Similarly, if I use the Center Column background and place it at 110% y position, it disappears behind the footer space.
Is there a way to actually float the image above that? Here's my current code in the footer:
