How can I customize this header image?

I'm looking to customize this header image: http://www.freeggwowguides.com/wp-co...ges/header.jpg by removing the two boxes labled "recent blog posts" and "recent comments."

I'd like to replace the logo with this logo: http://risen.fr/images/World-of-Warc...clysm-logo.png

Lastly, I'd also like to remove the bar at the very top of the image.

I've tried to interpret the html code that came with the theme but can't figure how to change this header around at all.

Please let me know how I can accomplish this, I'd also greatly appreciate if anyone could do it for me.
