Paragraphs keep running together, how to add a force return

Hi there,

I keep having an issue where my text all runs together. I've tried just a return, a shift return, a </b> and </p> in the code and it will look fine when I upload, but when I go back to make more changes on the pages it all runs together. Any thoughts on this one??? Thanks!
