Wordpress Themes - WP Forum at BFA
There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. Thanks a lot to the people who helped in all these years, especially Larry and of course: Paul. Take care and stay healthy -- Flynn, Atahualpa developer, Sep 2021

yes that is the right place to start, if you look at that page of options you will see different sections, the first is labeled 'POST Container' and the graphic to the right shows the effected area in blue. It also shows the parts of the post/page: Kicker, Headline, Byline etc.

Some of the box's (like the KICKER BOX) have multiple occurances. This happens wher the text could be a like or you can hover on it - so you can style them differently.

So to put a border on one of the areas, find the section in question and add a border and maybe change the background color. Try one thing at a time to see what it does/looks like.

Please can anyone advise why I am having so much trouble just trying to change the Headline text colour.

color: #3A5FCD;
font-size: 1.6em;
padding: 0;
margin: 0;

Seemed to work ok first time around on my first install two weeks ago, Then I did a complete new installation of wordpress and Ata both the latest versions and for the life of me I cant get the Text colour to change as it did before from Grey to Blue in the Headline Posts box.
The other almost relevant info here dated back to 2009, but I have the very latest version fo Ata.
