How do I move the top menu (Home, etc.)?

I'd like to move the top menu from where it is to under the header image.
Is it possible?
Some people told me the navigation is not so clear as the main menu is right on top, a bit hidden.

well where is it? not seeing the site it is hard to guess. if it is above the image you can change that at ato->Style & edit HEADER AREA
