I use a plugin that lets you put the script in via a shortcode. Here is one that may work for you.

Thanks Larry. Do you know if that plug-in is secure? I'm replacing a xss vulnerable sign-up script. My Atahualpa theme keeps getting hacked, and it looks like that's how they're getting in.

I wouldn't know how to test for security. I just use best practices for my sites.
