On the atahualpa options page all the multi-line boxes are only single lines.
I have tried disabling all the plugins, removing widgets from widget-areas, reinstalling atahualpa and re-copy wordpress but none of it helped.

I had a working website with wp 2.9.2 and atahu 3.5.3.
Upgraded wp to 3.0.4, and installed atahu to 3.6.1. next to 3.5.3.
When I switched to 3.6.1 it remained 3.5.3 and the page menu bar (on front) had some errors.
So I deleted the old, and copied graphics to the new.
Now it looks good, but atahualpa boxes only single lines.

This problem always seems to be related to a plugin conflict. When you say you deactivated all the plugins does that mean you deactivated them all at once or one by one?

Ok, I just found an active thread in the Header section, which descibes the same problem.

I mean I deactivated all together, then removed all widgets.
