For my landing page I want to have a page with content only (no header,no navigation bar, etc).
To come to this page though, people would use the normal navigation bar. But once they land on this page, I want only content to be shown.
How do I do this? And how can I get the blank page from?

is it not possible to use conditional formatting? I want to keep the background color and a left sidebar.
if it is possible, what kind of code and where to add this code?
and how to make this page pops up on a new tab?

but what file I need to copy and then what part should I delete?
