[SOLVED] how to add follow me on Twitter icon or twitter widget?

hi

i was have been playing around with the BFA Subscribe, added icons and features i needed. but i also want to add "follow me on twitter"..is it possible?? or i would not mind putting a widget similar to BFA Subscribe. so i can change the twitter icon/pic of my choice. i googled it and all i can find is widgets that post the updates on the sidebar. How can i add "follow me on twitter"? any widgets? i would greatly appreciate...thanks
