Got it!!! I set a negative bottom margin on the header image, and it worked perfectly! Thanks for all your help

So what you have done is covered up the bottom part of the jpg. If that was the problem, I pointed it out in the begining. Type this in the address bar to see the jpg you are displaying:

See the small gap at the bottom? You should fix the jpeg and them you won't need a negative margin.

I don't see the gap in my image, but I don't doubt that you do . . .Oh well, it's fixed, yay!
