Ooooops. It's in General Settings, not Atahualpa.... never mind.

Where does my Title live?
I'd like to tack on a slogan, like I do with static sites sometimes...
Is this possible?

Have you tried the tag line? Then you make sure you are displaying it (ATO->header->Show Blog Tagline?)
