menu placement

www.apcounselling.com is the website i am working on...

i am trying to raise the menu to bring it closer to the logo area. i thought this could be done by editing the logo area styling but it is set to 0 - Firebug shows this area as being the issue (i think) - can anyone point me in the right direction please?
