I have the latest versions of Wordpress, Atahualpa and wp-e-commerce. The problem I have is that the shopping cart widget does not show in the sidebar. I have attached the shopping cart php file. I think it is a wp-e-commerce problem, but I can't get any help there. Could you please take a look?

I added the product page file as well since that is the page where the sidebar shows without the widget.

What are the version numbers?
What is the url?
Did you look thru the 'ecommerce' sub forum?

nope, you have the exact same issue, you can tell by looking at the source of the page, go to the bottom and look for

<!-- Footer -->
<td id="footer" colspan="1">

the 'colspan="1" is the culpret - wp-ecommerse messes it up and you need that fix
