SEO, Atahualpa 3.7.7 and Wordpress 3.4

I'm using the theme since a few years and it was great. In the last few months users and views increased a lot and now it's time to set the future of my websites like http://www.PROnatur24.eu. The main problem is the quality of SEO. Will there be an update for better SEO-issues?

Example:
- <h1> should there only be one time.
- mod rewrite possible

Will there be in future a better using of the footer. I would like to put a lot of stuff into the footer like contact, impressum, sharings, youtube-channel, ...

I really love atahualpa for this high level of flexibility, but now I have to go forward with this stuff.
