Parse Error

When trying to upgrade to new WPress, I get the following error msg:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/tkshr/public_html/umarketingu.com/wp-content/themes/atahualpa/functions/bfa_theme_options.php on line 448

My site is down, I cannot login or anything. How do I get this corrected? Can anyone help?
