I just tried to upload the Atahualpa 3.7.7 but the right side bar is now appearing at the bottom of my blog. Could you advise how I can fix it.

1) try disabling all plugins to see if there is a conflict
2) set the last couple posts to 'draft' to see if they are causing a conflict

Yes as usual you are spot on. It was a plugin and I had it deactivated and it worked. Lucky for me it was the first one I troubleshoot and found it.
