I am using:
Version 3.3.2
Atahualpa: 3.7.3
WPML (My site is in both finnish and swedish)

I want to translate footer text. Which are in:
Appearance > Atahualpa Theme options > Style & Edit Footer > Content

Is that possible?

you could put in a new widget area and add a text widget and some logic to dispay the correct footer depending on the language
