Where is the Function Called the_content() ?

Inside the function bfa_post_bodycopy() calls the function the_content(). I can't seem to find out where it is.

The reason I'm asking is because I created a custom post template by copying index.php file and modifying it.

But I need to have the content that is defined in my custom post template come before the content written in the blog post.

Using Atahualpa 3.7.3

Thanks,
Glenn
