Logo Image on the Left Side and Javascript Code on the Right Side?

Instead of having a header image on the top of every post/page...

Is it possible to maybe create a table and put my sites header image in the tables left column and put Javacript code in the right column that displays search box type code?

Or would this be easier to do if I just buy your ThemeFrame product?
