TO HIRE: Coder to install custom graphical menu

Hi. I have a pretty simple Atahualpa-themed site and need assistance creating custom navigation. I have a PSD file of the graphics for the menu and would like the existing menu modified or replaced to look like the Photoshop doc.

I could also use some help cleaning up and making sure things work properly across browsers.
