How do i change the color of a post title?

I have searched the posts for info on how to change a post title color. It says to go to:

Wordpress Site Admin -> Appearance -> Atahualpa Theme Options -> Post/Page Styling.

When I go to "Wordpress Site Admin -> Appearance -> Atahualpa Theme Options" I do not see anything about "Post/Page Styling!"

Where is the code that dictates the color for any given post title?
