Theme Frame - Drag and Drop in MAC OS Not Working

Maybe I am missing something, but I have installed TF on A MAc with Mamp Pro - everything looks in order, however, I can't get any changes made to a theme to stick. I drag elements around but they don't drop in place. This no dropping is becoming a real drag. Help.
