I don't want the name of the page to automatically appear at the top of the body for any of my static pages. E.g. I don't want "About" at the top of the About page. Using 3.6.1

There are instructions here http://forum.bytesforall.com/showthread.php?t=149 for modifying index.php but that has changed since then.

Any help please?
