[SOLVED] Atahualpa and Simple Press Tables Issue

I'm on the latest versions of WP, AT and SimplePress.

I am exactly in the situation described here:

where my Simple Press tables are affected by "bleed through" from the AT theme.

I'm happy to see that there's a solution, however, unfortunately, I'm not that good with CSS, and so I don't know exactly (or even approximately) what I should put into the CSS Inserts in ATO in order to correct this. I'd like to learn, and I'm relatively good with technology, but right now I'm stuck, don't have an angle.
