atahualpa is still on version 3.4.9 on wordpress.org, which was released about a half year ago

and i see a lot of questions from new people starting out with 3.4.9 and running into issues with 3.4.9,
or running into issues when upgrading to 3.5.3

was atahualpa recently (after 3.4.9) submitted to wordpress.org?

Of course, 3.5.1, 3.5.2 and 3.5.3, but wordpress required some things to be changed, mostly the way the export styles was being stored. Currently wordpress is making theme developers remove any warnings that may show up when debugging. This is all being addresses and a new release is being qa'ed as I write this.
