left sidebar lower than right

Hey everyone, I apologize if this issue is already in the forums somewhere, I have looked but cannot find it. For some reason my left sidebar is lower than my right. Just a little bit and probably wouldn't bother most people but I cannot figure out how to fix it (besides creating a bunch of blank lines of the right side, which I will do if this is not a padding issue or something else).
