RSS Feed

I have succesfully subscribed to Feedburner but wish to delete and add RSS buttons from the default Asahualpa theme. Specifically, I wish to remove the default post feed and comments feed from the upper right hand corner of the default Atahualpa Theme. I then want to replace these with a simple RSS button with the word "Subscribe" before it. I just want to enable my readers to subscribe from Post with a simple button. I am not a programmer. Is there a fairly simple way to accomplish this?
