I made a post on Tuesday evening but my page shows that the post was made on Wednesday at 3. How do I correct the calendar and clock on my page?

that has to do with the timezone that your host is in and what the time on it's computer is set to.
if you go to the dashboard->settings->General you can play with the timezone.
