When is ThemeFrame going to be released? (it's here!)

Everyone's asking (and sometimes getting answers) in many different threads, so I thought it'd be best to have a particular one for this purpose. Not to put pressure on Flynn, he's doing one hell of a job with this, but I still feel that I would like some more feedback on the progress if possible.

So the question is: As it looks right now, when is ThemeFrame going to be released?
