Staggering Admin Comments and Vistors comments

Hi there, I was wondering if you could tell me if there is anyway
I can stagger the comments and my answers right now it the comments
and then my answers are grouped under that.
how would I do it so that it reads
comment, my answer, comment, my answer....etc.
In the older version it seemed to do it automatically.
