HELP! I lost my pages!!

I was trying to have my pages above the logo, categories below....had previously followed steps to combine cat and pages so had edited code in bfa header config....tried to undo it and I have lost my pages.....Anyone know how to get them back? I am using 3.4.5 version currently.
