How do I get the Themeframe beta?

I've upped my donation level to $40, and there are all sorts of threads that when people ask how to get the beta are answered "you're all set now", but nothing that says how you actually get it.

go to the ThemeFrame Members forum and download Beta.

Thanks again, Juggledad. Okay, I don't feel so dumb now. That link won't let me access. I logged out and in again. I don't think my payment from last night has been credited--I'm still showing as a gold member (not x2). What should I do?
