I am trying to create a texbox with a background image like here (who we are - what we do - how e help).

How can I do that?

You can create a new widget area with 3 cells.

add a text box in each area with the respective title

split the graphic in three equal segments and set as background images for each section.

BTW-- that background looks fairly basic so you can just use the repeat x for a small splice of image.
