Reducing font sizes

I'm now to WP and this theme, so be gentle.

I've installed everything but the sidebar and article headings are far too big. So, where are the font size settings?

See Site Admin -> Appearance -> Atahualpa Theme Options -> Widgets -> Widget Title

and put something like

HTML Code:

font-size: 1.5em;

there
