I tried the statpress widget but the numbers on that don't match the wordpress stats?

I use statcounter.. but I dont bother with the widget.. I insert the code directly into the footer (in the CSS/HTML tab in the theme options).

I also use WP Stats and also StatPress. Yes. The numbers don't match. I think WP Stats attempts to not count the admin, probably through tracking the IP address, but this can change unless you've got a static IP. There's obviously some other filtering going on. Neither are perfect, but for benchmarking, not bad solutions.

Always looking for something better!
