Disable standard - predefined widgets?

I'm sure that it is somewhere in the forum, but i can't find it.

How can i disable the predifined widgets? (blogroll, recent posts etc.)

OSX 10.8.5 WP 3.8.x Atahualpa 3.7.x Safari 6.x Firefox 25 XP
Once you add a single widget, they will go away. It's part of the WordPress Defaults.: If no widgets then display the defaults.

If you don't want ANY widgets at all, go to ATO->Sidebars and disable the sidebars.
