Byline link not working (community 0.6)

I just updated the alkivia community plugin and now my byline links to author profiles are not working?

What changed?

OSX 10.6.8/10.7.3 WP 2.8.x/2.9.x/3.x Atahualpa 3.5.x/3.7.x Safari 5.x Firefox 11 XP

Does it work if you switch to the default theme? i.e. is this a Atahualpa specific problem or a plugin problem? Have you looked in the alkivia community forums?
