My blog dental hygienist using the Atahualpa theme version 3.7.1 . I try many times to configure the menu top of the header but seem not working .

could you please provide some instruction how to create menu in the theme Atahualpa 3.7.1?

The menu is automatically created based on your pages and categories or yo can create your own custom menu via wordpress

Thank you so much for your reply. Actually , I want to create menu for the Contact Form on the top menu using Contact Form 7 plugin . I already install the form but i don't know how to add these form into the Top menu of this theme.

Just put the form on a page and add the page to the menu.
